Alan Coleman is the CEO of Sweepr, a leading provider of AI-powered digital care solutions. Sweepr targets Service providers and Smart Home providers in the Telco space. Sweepr has clients in Europe and Canada with Telus as reference operator.
With a background in technology and entrepreneurship, Alan brings over two decades of experience to his role at Sweepr. Prior to founding Sweepr, Alan founded and exited Brite:Bill, another successful startup which was sold to Amdocs in 2016.
Alan also sits on many organization and company boards as Chairman, Non-Executive Director and investor which gives Alan great insights on how innovation and technology can transform industries.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Alan worked in Morgan Stanley, Macalla and Accenture.
Ryan Geisbrecht
Director – Service Reliability & Technology, TELUS
Ryan leads a team focussed on creating and delivering on TELUS’ product reliability vision, including stewardship of programs that build reliability into product design, simplify and improve experiences for customers, and enable frontline team members for success through assurance platforms and tools. Leveraging emerging technologies, his team is building support journeys that proactively identify service issues and resolve them with automation or provide customers with simple self-serve experiences.
Since joining TELUS in 2007, Ryan has led impactful programs across Technology, People & Culture and Consumer Solutions business units. In 2021, Ryan graduated from the TELUS MBA program with the University of Victoria, and before joining TELUS, completed his Bachelor of Computer Engineering at the University of Alberta.
